Has my order shipped?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. 

Needyah will email you shipping information about your item(s) as soon as we receive it. This will include any known delays in shipment or backorder(s). Once your product has "shipped", Needyah will email you a tracking number with a link. You can click on the link to see where the package is in transit. Alternatively, you can go to the UPS or FEDEX web sites to see where the package is in transit. Please enter your tracking number in the box provided and select the Track button on the screen.

How Do I Change Quantities or Cancel An Item In My Order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

Please note once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, the order will be cancelled per your request with no additional charge to you. If you were charged for the product, you will be refunded in the same form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation upon our cancellation of the order. If the item has been shipped, you will have to refer to our return policy. To cancel or change an order please call the toll free number on the web site and request Customer Service (ext. 77).

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your orders status.

As we receive shipping information about your item(s) we will email it to you. This will include any known delays in the shipment of the item due to a backorder. If the status is "shipped", we will email you a tracking number with a link which you can click on to see where the package is in transit. Alternatively, you can go to the UPS or FEDEX web sites to see where the package is in transit. Please enter  your tracking number in the box provided and select the "track button" on the screen. If you place an order over the phone we will notify you when the item has shipped or is due to ship if it is not in stock.

What do I do if my order(s) never arrived? 

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Number(s), check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

My product is missing parts. What do I do?

If your product is missing parts within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it as soon as possible. We request that all customers keep their original packaging for potential re-shipping of the unit.

We will work with you to create an official RA (Return Authorization label) for your defective product that will get your replacement unit shipped as quickly as possible. Upon receipt of the returned unit, Needyah.com will send the customer a replacement unit.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Product returns for any reason other than manufacturers defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
